Your Full-Focus Design Day lasts 6 hours. The timing of the day will depend on what time zone you're in. If you’re in a different time zone to me, don’t worry — we can talk about how the day will work, with regular check-ins when we’re both awake!

How do we communicate?

We’ll keep things simple and streamlined by communicating via email. Staying responsive during the day means I can maximise what I get done for you.

How do I prepare for my design day?

Once you’ve booked, I’ll send you a prep checklist tailored to your project. This might include things like sending over brand assets, outlining your priorities, or gathering inspiration. The more organised you are, the smoother the day will go!

What are the payment terms?

Your Full Focus Design Day must be paid upfront to secure your booking. This ensures I can dedicate the entire day to your tasks without any distractions.

What types of design tasks are best suited for a design day?

Full Focus Design Days are ideal for:

Can I book multiple Full Focus Days in a row?

Yes, you can! If you’ve got a big list, booking consecutive days is a great way to knock everything out in one go. Just let me know your needs, and we’ll plan accordingly.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens! As long as you let me know at least 48 hours in advance, I’ll happily reschedule your day. Less than 48 hours' notice may incur a rebooking fee.

What happens at the end of my Full Focus Design Day?

At the end of the day, I’ll send you a detailed summary of everything we’ve accomplished, along with any final files, updates, or next steps. You’ll have a clear picture of what’s done and what (if anything) might still need attention.

What if I need help with copywriting or SEO during my design day?

While I’m not a copywriter or SEO expert, I’ve got the perfect solution! I often work alongside Zo Connected, website copywriter & SEO strategist. If your to-do list includes tasks like writing a sales page, crafting blog posts, or updating your portfolio, Zoe can step in to help. When you book your day, just let me know if you’d like to collaborate with Zoe, and I can introduce you.
